UK Powerboat Charter and Zapcat Experience Days on the Solent
A Zapcat is an inflatable powerboat built for high speed fun and excitement. The twin hull 'catamaran' design gives the boat that is stable when at rest but highly manoeuvrable and safe in both still and choppy waters. With the 50 horse power engine fitted it's power to weight ratio rivals a Ferrari sports car. Developed from life saving surf rescue craft for racing and leisure, Zapcats are designed to cope with a huge variety of sea conditions from flat calm lakes to large breaking surf. The boats are inflatable catamarans with 50hp engines that reach up to 50mph on the water.
